Amy has been with Ray Poole State Farm for over 10 years, and has over 20 combined years of customer service experience. She maintains the reputation of establishing personal relationships with customers in order to show her trustworthiness and concern for each of them. When she is not in the office Amy enjoys spending time with her husband and teenage daughter, Sonni, who keeps her very busy with all of her extracurricular activities. She is a dedicated member of the community, as well as a life member of the Junior Auxiliary of Batesville. Amy enjoys personal fitness, and has been elected as “health guru” by the ladies of the office; for the most part, she can be found, on early mornings, at the gym. She takes pride in her ability to support customers by taking inventory of the most accurate way to assist them in protecting their assets. Brian joined our team in June 2020, and came to us with 20 years of customer service experience. He earned a BA in History from Winthrop University in South Carolina – where he was born and raised. Brian moved to Mississippi in 2014, where he met Kelly “Cosby” Kasch. He and Kelly are, now, married with a baby girl named Chloe Grace, who is their entire world. Brian boasts that he loves helping people, and gains satisfaction from being able to make a person’s day a bit brighter. He and his family are very church-oriented, and attend church in Batesville. Brian reveals that his wife knows everyone in the county; therefore, he feels as if he has been inducted into the community by association. Alicia came to us in February 2023 with over 10 years of customer service experience.She hopes to gain long lasting relationships with new and existing customers. Alicia looks forward to gaining more knowledge in insurance to be able to help families with all of life's obstacles. Alicia is a resident of Panola County, She resides In Sardis with her husband Wes and their 2 dogs Murphy Jean and Milo. Lorie joined our team in June 2023 with 28 years of retail and customer service. She grew up in Saltillo Mississippi, where she was a graduate of Saltillo High School. She attended Itawamba Community College and later transferred to the University of Mississippi where she studied Music Education and Performance. Lorie has a son, Eli, that attends Lafayette High School in Oxford. In 2018, Lorie married her husband, Josh, and relocated to Enid MS. She gained two bonus children: son, Gabriel, and daughter, Grayson. Together they have a son, Sawyer. They also have 3 dogs, 2 cats, 4 chickens, 1 Rooster and a variety of exotic fish. You can find Lorie spending time with her family at her hometown Church Birmingham Ridge in Saltillo. They also attend Calvary Church in Batesville. Lorie and her family enjoy outdoor activities such as baseball, hunting, fishing, camping and road trips. Lorie enjoys meeting new people and never meets a stranger. Her goal at State Farm is to make sure her customers are taken care of in all ways of life. Tabitha came to us in January 2021 with 20 years of customer service experience. Being raised in Panola County, and a graduate of South Panola High School, she is well-known around the community as being a “customer favorite” at each community position she has held. She believes in the importance of making lasting relationships with each of her customers, and their families. Tabitha vows to further her knowledge of insurance, which will allow her the ability to assist families in preparing for all of life’s ups and downs. In her spare time, Tabitha enjoys spending time with her daughter, Mia. She also enjoys cooking and is quite the movie buff!
